ABRIDGED BIOGRAPHY
Oliveras holds a degree in Economics from the University of Vic, a degree in Business Administration from the Open University of Catalonia and a PhD in Economics (2004) from the University of Central Lancashire. She is currently a teaching assistant at the UPF Department of Economics, where she had also been an assisting lecturer in Cost and Finance Accounting.
She has co-published several articles in prominent publications such as Corporate Communications: An International Journal; the Universia Business Review, Corporate Ownership and Control; Accounting in Europe; the Revista de Contabilidad y Dirección; Monográfico en Análisis de Empresas; and the Revista Iberoamericana de Contabilidad de Gestión. The research areas she specialises in are Accounting Regulation, Intangible Accounting and International Accounting.
